Environmental Assessment



In April 2007, Waste Management advised the Ministry of the Environment it was withdrawing its application for approval of the Terms of Reference for a proposal to provide additional disposal capacity to its current facility. Since the announcement, the company has been making a number of operational improvements and continues to consult its stakeholders as to its next steps.
